Billing

The Billing page (owner-only) manages your ScreenJournal subscription, payment method, and invoices.

What you can do here

• See your current plan — Trial, Basic, or Enterprise.
• Add or update a payment method.
• Download past invoices.
• Cancel or change your plan.

Trial

New organisations get a free trial when they activate it on the onboarding wizard (Step 2). A small trial banner stays visible across the dashboard until you switch to a paid plan from this page.

During the trial, every feature is enabled — desktop trackers sync, AI scoring runs, alerts fire, and reports generate.

After the trial

If the trial expires before you set up billing:

• The dashboard remains accessible — you can still see your historical data.
• New activity uploads from desktop trackers pause until billing is active.
• Employees can keep recording locally; their data will sync up when the subscription resumes.

Enterprise

For larger orgs, custom contracts, SSO, or a dedicated account manager, switch from Basic to Enterprise from this page or contact sales via screenjournal.ai.
