Members
The Members page is the roster of your organisation — who's in, who's been invited, and which team they belong to.
Tabs
- Active — people who have signed up and are tracked.
- Pending — invitations you've sent that haven't been accepted yet.
- Teams — your teams, with members and invite links per team.
What you can do per member
Click a member's row to open a detail drawer with their:
- Display name, email, role (member / owner), team.
- Last-seen timestamp.
- Whether their tracker is currently recording.
- A button to deep-jump into their Activity timeline.
From the row's action menu you can:
- Promote to owner — gives them full configuration rights. There can be more than one owner.
- Demote from owner — removes those rights.
- Deactivate — preserves all historical data but stops their tracker from uploading new activity, and prevents them from signing in. Useful when someone leaves.
- Activate — re-enables a previously deactivated member.
- Send password-reset email — triggers a reset link to their inbox if they're locked out.
- Delete — permanently removes the user. Their historical data is preserved against the organisation but the user account is gone. Use with care.
Invitations
From the Invite card at the top of the page you can:
- Type one or more email addresses and Send invites. Optionally pre-assign them to a team.
- Generate / copy the Organisation invite link for org-wide signups.
- Generate / copy a Team invite link or join code for each team.
Pending invitations sit in the Pending tab. From there you can Resend the email or Delete the invitation entirely.
Teams
Open the Teams tab to create and manage teams.
- Create team — name it (e.g. "Engineering", "Customer support").
- Move members between teams from the member's detail drawer.
- Generate team invite link / join code — for new hires who should land in that team automatically.
Teams matter most for desktop policy: any policy field can be overridden per-team, so creating teams is what lets you have different recording rules for different parts of the company. See Desktop policy overview.
